Unexplained pregnancy loss: a marker of basal endothelial dysfunction?

The Unexplained pregnancy loss has been used generally by doctor who cannot find any reasons through the conventional testing and deduction methods.

A study by Dr.Elisabeth Pasquier conducted on 124 women consecutively referred for unexplained pregnancy losses (two or more losses at or before 21 weeks of gestational age, or at least one later loss), and 273 parous women without pregnancy loss. The result says the Unexplained pregnancy loss could reflect chronic endothelium damage.  -- American Society for Reproductive Medicine

For conventional method cannot find specific explainable pregnancy loss, there are TCM pattern differentiation which might give some explaination.
